We spent Saturday afternoon at a quaint, local boutique called Herbs & Earth, in the heart of the Northwood Arts District of West Palm Beach, FL. The ambience is unlike anything I have ever experienced... In my opinion, even the "high-end" boutiques in NYC can't hold a candle to it's flame!
Surrounded by soothing essences from the moment you enter, scents of sage and palo santo greet you. To your right, you find a wall to wall spread of every tea and herb you could dream of! A "Healer's Paradise", I like to call it! Seeing the smiles as guests arrived truly warmed my heart, because I knew they would love the space!
The owners, Amy and Mallory, spared no attention to detail whilst curating this beautiful haven. It speaks to all of the senses, from the crystal displays, to the self-serve herbal teas, and hand-rolled incense. There's even a cozy reading nook to enjoy one of their many books on various healing arts.
Green Girl Kitchen joined us, with their delicious hemp-infused chocolate treats! My favorite was the Happy Hippie Hemp Bar, not only does it have all the yumminess of a protein bar, it's also Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegetarian, Soy-Free, made w/ No Processed Sugar, Raw Peanut Butter, Almond Butter. It's the perfect size for a snack, 1.7 oz. per bar w/10 mg of Hemp Oil per bar. Everyone loved them, and I picked up a few for me and #theboo! Hemp CBD Oil is a healing extract that promotes wellness in our mind, body and spirit. Hemp CBD is legal in all 50 states as well as many other countries. It does not get you high, but it does allow you to relax.
I was so grateful to have Gabriela of @_conscious_community_ as our featured Aromatherapist! She welcomed all of our guests with her DoTerra Essential Oils, and helped them navigate the healing properties of each one to determine which would be the best fit for them. Lavender is my favorite essential oil, I use it in as many things as possible, because it truly does relax me in a way that nothing else does. As soon as I smell it I feel a sense of calm come over me.
This event was filled with amazing synchronicities and the sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls! I got to see some of my favorite faces, and sip some of the finest herbal teas. I had Love Tea, which not only tastes + smells incredible, it looks beautiful too! It's a nice, light floral blend, which is what I tend to lean toward. Jasmine Pearl, Chamomile + of course Lavender teas are some of my favorites!
